Project Overview

Architected and built a greenfield platform serving international students across a global network of partner institutions. Designed serverless GraphQL APIs using AWS AppSync and Lambda functions to handle authentication, enrollment, and student lifecycle management. Implemented OIDC-based federation for secure single sign-on across partner institutions. Built responsive React/TypeScript frontend with i18n infrastructure supporting 10+ locales (English, Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, Arabic, etc.). Deployed infrastructure as code using CloudFormation for reproducible, multi-region deployments. Achieved <500ms API latency and 99.9% uptime for mission-critical student onboarding workflows.

This project showcases modern web development practices, clean architecture, and user-centered design principles. It demonstrates the ability to work with complex requirements and deliver solutions that balance functionality, performance, and user experience.
